A Belgian U23 rider from Rendeux, Florent Gueuning has been passionate about mountain biking since childhood. Born into a family where cycling is part of everyday life, he entered competition at a very young age and quickly stood out for his talent, perseverance, fair play, and climbing ability. After several years of steady progress, he is now emerging as one of Belgium’s most promising young mountain bike riders.
His journey, however, has been far from straightforward. Held back by breathing problems during his teenage years, Florent had to rebuild himself with patience and determination in order to return to a high level. The progress he has made over the past few seasons has taken him onto the international stage, leading him to join UNNO Factory Racing with the ambition of establishing himself among the best on the World Series circuit.
